Dear Hoff Elementary Families,
We hope you have had a wonderful, relaxing summer filled with fun, family, and lasting memories! As we prepare for another exciting school year, we want to extend a warm welcome back to all of our returning families and a special welcome to those joining the Hoff Elementary community for the first time.
Our staff has been working hard to prepare for an amazing year of learning, growth, and connection. We can't wait to welcome our Coyotes back into the building!
We have some new faces at Hoff and hope you will give them a warm Hoff Welcome!

Important Upcoming Dates
📚 Back to School Night
Wednesday, August 5 | 4:30–5:30 p.m.
This is a wonderful opportunity for students to meet their teacher, reconnect with friends and staff, see their classroom, and get excited for the new school year. We hope to see all of our families there!
📧 Teacher Welcome Messages
On Monday, August 3 at 4:00 p.m., you should receive a welcome message through Parent Square from your child's teacher introducing themselves and sharing important information to help you prepare for the first day of school.
First Day of School
- Grades 1–5: Monday, August 10
- Preschool & Kindergarten: Tuesday, August 11
Daily School Schedule
- Breakfast: 7:30–7:55 a.m. (served daily)
- School Begins: 8:00 a.m.

Dismissal:
- Preschool & Kindergarten: 3:00 p.m.
- Grades 1–5: 3:05 p.m.
