Highlights!

NO SCHOOL NEXT WEEK- THANKSGIVING BREAK!

We wish all of our Hoff families a safe and enjoyable holiday. Happy Thanksgiving!

Students had a great week of learning and fun!
Our 2nd graders spent the day on Thursday at Four Mile Park learning all about life of pioneers and historical artifacts.

We ended the week with a PJ/Stuffed Animal Spirit Day that was a huge success!

Student Council will be asking the school to participate in a canned food drive for our local food bank. It runs from Dec. 1st - Dec. 16th. Students are asked to donate a non perishable food item. The grade level who brings in the most cans will recieve a prize!

Hoff’s Attendance Campaign Begins December 1st!

We are excited to kick off our school-wide Attendance Campaign to encourage strong, consistent attendance and celebrate our students’ commitment to being at school every day.

Class Recognition:
Each Monday, we will announce the classes that had every student present each day of the previous week. Classes earn tickets for strong attendance, and at the end of the month, we’ll draw one ticket from the jar. The winning class will enjoy a Donut Party!

Individual Recognition:
Students who earn perfect attendance for the entire month will be invited to a special lunch with Ms. Soliz, and will receive a certificate to take home as part of Ms. Soliz’s “School is COOL” Attendance Crew!

Thank you for helping us build great attendance habits—every day counts!

Want to Volunteer at Hoff?

We encourage our families to volunteer and would like your help. If you able and interested we are looking for volunteers to help the school:

  • Cross Walk Duty 7:40-8:10 am or 2:50-3:15pm daily
  • Lunchroom Supervision anytime 11:00-1:10pm daily
If your interested in helping with one of the school activites please contact our front office at 303-536-2300.

Classroom Volunteering is also encouraged and coordinated through your child's teacher. Most teachers request to have the first month with your kiddos to help build relationships and routines with them before having volunteers. However, if you looking to get involved and want to help in the classroom please reach out to your specific child's teacher to set that up.

Regular volunteering will require individuals to follow our district policy of conducting a background check. Please see the student/parent handbook for more information.

ZIPPY the ELF is in KEENESBURG!

Keenesburg ELF on the Shelf Community Hunt!
We’re excited to share a fun December activity brought to us by the Keenesburg Police Department! From December 1st through December 19th, an ELF on the Shelf will be hiding in different local businesses around Keenesburg.
Clues about the ELF’s location will be posted on ParentSquare throughout the month. When students find the ELF, they can write their name on the entry slip at that business to be entered into a raffle for a prize!
This is a great way to celebrate the season, explore our community, and join in some holiday fun. Happy ELF hunting! 🎄✨
