If your interested in helping with one of the school activites please contact our front office at 303-536-2300.

Classroom Volunteering is also encouraged and coordinated through your child's teacher. Most teachers request to have the first month with your kiddos to help build relationships and routines with them before having volunteers. However, if you looking to get involved and want to help in the classroom please reach out to your specific child's teacher to set that up.

Regular volunteering will require individuals to follow our district policy of conducting a background check. Please see the student/parent handbook for more information.

Important Reminders

Attending school is a requirement! Please understand that when your child misses school they are missing out on learning. Please be aware of Colorado State Law around school attendance and thier deffnitions. We already have students in our school who have missed enough days to be considered Chronically Absent!

Truancy: Truancy is defined as an unexcused absence. The rate is calculated by dividing the reported Total Student Days Unexcused Absences by the Total Student Days Possible.
Habitually Truant : A student is counted as habitually truant if the student has 4 excused absences in one month and/or 10 unexcused absences in one school year.
Chronically Absent: A student absent 10 percent or more of the days enrolled during the school year is chronically absent. All absences are included - unexcused and excused. The rate is the percentage of students enrolled who are chronically absent.

If your child is deemed Habitually Turant or Chronically Absent you can be called in to meet with the principal and an attendance contract can be initated.

School begins at 8:00am!
Please get your children to here on time. Being tardy does impact learning.

Pick up and drop off can be very congested due to traffic. Please obey all traffic signs, crosswalk personnel and remain courteous. Our pick up and drop off lanes are double laned, please know the inside lanes are for hug and go, NO PARKING will be allowed.

PLEASE do not leave your vehicle if you stop in the Hug and Go Lanes! Local law enforcement can ticket those not adhereing to posted signs and laws.
